Villa Luppis
Monastery since the 1000, former 1800 Century mansion of the ancestors of the present owner, Villa Luppis has been transformed into the present hotel, though maintaining unchanged the original character; here guests are the aim of our care and attention in order to make their stay with us a memorable one.
In the centuries 12-acres old park there are a swimming pool, a tennis court and a gym with Technogym machines.
The strategic position of Villa Luppis, on the border of the Veneto region and Friuli, only 40 minutes far from Venice, allows several cultural excursions, not only towards big and famous towns like Venice, Padova, Udine and Verona, but also discovering small architectural treasures such as Asolo, Trieste, Treviso, Oderzo, Venetian and Palladian villas along the Brenta river, private castles in Friuli and much more.
All these cultural destinations can be combined with eno-gastronomic trips (visit of Ham-Producers in San Daniele, Visit and Wine Tasting in many Wineries located in Venetian Villas or in Castles in Prosecco of Valdobbiadene and Collios’ Area, Grappa and Cheese Producers).
Our guests can attend our Cooking School programs, both for individuals and groups, as well as the particular Wine Tasting experience with our Sommelier.

Villa Luppis is the ideal hotel to stay in, whether it's for business trips or holidays: we have 42 rooms, all large and spacious, equipped with every comfort.
Guests will enjoy the swimming pool, tennis court, gym, wellness area and bicycles to explore the surroundings.
The parking is internal, free and guarded and the restaurant will always be open for our guests!

We have been organizing weddings and events for more than 30 years, both with Italian and foreign couples.
Villa Luppis is the perfect location to celebrate your most beautiful day, thanks to the romantic atmosphere and the wide spaces that lend themselves perfectly.
We have 3 different locations, all surrounded by our centuries-old garden.
It is possible to celebrate the civil ceremony on site, which we organize in our garden.

Wine cellars and gourmet products
The cellar of Villa Luppis, an ancient ice-house from 1200, today holds more than 1000 fine labels.
Thanks to its natural characteristics, it has the ideal temperature and humidity to perfectly preserve the wines inside.
We organize visits and tastings of typical wines of our territory with our Sommelier, who will show guests the organoleptic characteristics of the wines and the dishes to match them with.
The tasting is accompanied by fine meats, sausages and cheeses produced in our area.
Historic gardens and parks
The garden of Villa Luppis, over 7 hectares, features important secular trees (over 400 years old), many colorful flower beds and ancient statues.
In addition to the Italian garden, there is a large wooded area to explore and relax in while walking: you will only be disturbed by the chirping of birds!
